Driving Directions to the Ortiz Center
From I-37 (Coming from San Antonio)
- Take I-37 South toward Corpus Christi.
- Continue until I-37 becomes North Shoreline Boulevard.
- Stay on Shoreline Boulevard along the waterfront.
- Turn left onto Resaca Street.
- Turn right onto Harbor Drive.
- 6.The Ortiz Center will be on your right beneath the Harbor Bridge.
This route provides a direct entry into downtown Corpus Christi and offers clear waterfront signage as you approach.
From Portland / US-181 via Harbor Bridge
- Cross the Harbor Bridge toward downtown Corpus Christi.
- Take the exit toward Shoreline Boulevard / Port Avenue.
- Follow signs directing you toward Harbor Drive.
- Turn onto Harbor Drive.
- The Ortiz Center is located just beneath the bridge on Harbor Drive.
This is the most direct route when arriving from Portland, North Beach, or US-181.
From Ocean Drive / Shoreline Boulevard (Corpus Christi)
- Travel north on Ocean Drive as it becomes Shoreline Boulevard.
- Continue along the waterfront past downtown hotels and marina areas.
- Turn left onto Resaca Street.
- Turn right onto Harbor Drive.
- The Ortiz Center will be located on your right.
This route is convenient for guests staying along Ocean Drive or in the Marina District.
From West Corpus Christi
- Take TX-358 East (South Padre Island Drive).
- Merge onto I-37 North toward Downtown.
- Follow directions listed above from I-37.
